Most people feel that listing their home is a stressful experience but we make it as easy as possible for you. During our first visit, we will do a walk through of your home, assessing its features and asking questions about the property’s history. Our first visit should take about 30 minutes.
After researching similar properties in your area that have sold within the last six months, a few days later we will meet again and present a comparative market analysis. What should I list my house for? Should I paint those walls or fix that broken appliance before listing? These are all common questions and we will guide you through each question or concern you may have.
When you are ready to officially list your house with us, we will briefly meet again to sign the listing agreement, take pictures of your home and measure your rooms. From this point on it is in our hands. We will market you home, negotiate for the terms that benefit you, and work for you to get your goal accomplished…the sale of your home.
